Campus Life Online: Top Events to Check Out
By Jossie Warnant
Whilst we’re all stuck at home it’s super important to stay connected with campus life. Luckily, USyd’s clubs and societies have transitioned lots of their events online. This means that you can improve your French, hone your media and marketing skills and keep up your fitness routine all from home! Here are Pulp’s top picks for online club and society events.
Frenchsoc Zoom Conversations
Each week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12pm - 1pm USyd’s French Society hosts Zoom conversation groups. The Zoom sessions are a chance to work on French conversation skills whilst meeting new people. The conversation groups even feature breakout rooms so that beginners can practice their French grammar and boost their language skills.

If you feel like your fitness is slipping during lock-down USyd Run Club is hosting a weekly online workout schedule. With core, stretch, strength and yoga/pilates workouts this is a great way to take a break from uni work and do some exercise. This week USyd Run Club is collaborating with Sydney Uni Physiotherapy Club where you can participate in a Strava walk/run challenge for the chance to win prizes.
