Get Support On and Off Campus

We all have times when we’re feeling a little overwhelmed. We also all have good and bad days at uni, and sometimes it can be difficult to know what to do, where to turn and who to talk to.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with our official charity partner, headspace Camperdown, to bring you a guide full of useful tips and techniques.

If you need guidance in looking after yourself or helping out your friends during a tough spot, download and check out the digital version of the guide (PDF, 830KB).

In an emergency situation please call triple zero (000). If someone has attempted or is at risk of harming themselves or someone else call triple zero (000) immediately.
